Privacy Policy
Updated: 23 August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data on longev.eu is Larysa Danyuk, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 1/49, 02-957 Warszawa (Mazowieckie), Poland. Phone: +48 532 875 937, e-mail: longev_eu@longev.eu.
This policy covers only the longev.eu website and its wiki. Hotel portals on the Longev platform (addresses like hotel.longev.eu and hotels' own domains) process guest data under a separate policy available inside each portal; with regard to guest data, the hotel acts as an independent controller.
2. What data we collect
- The "Request a quote" form — first and last name, hotel name and city, hotel website (optional), corporate e-mail or WhatsApp, page and browser language.
- The newsletter form — e-mail address, page and browser language.
- WhatsApp buttons — if you message us on WhatsApp, we see the number and name the messenger shows.
- Technical server logs — IP address, request time and requested page; logs are kept for security for up to 30 days.
- Your interface language and the consent-banner mark are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to the server.
- Website analytics — only if you agreed in the cookie banner: pages viewed, language, approximate region, device type and a random identifier in the _ga cookies. Your name and e-mail never reach analytics.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- Replying to your request — preparing the offer, the calculation and demo access: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- The newsletter — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time, one-click unsubscribe in every e-mail or via longev_eu@longev.eu.
- Site security (logs, abuse protection) — our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you may withdraw it at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
- The site does not request or process special categories of data (such as health data); it is addressed to businesses and is not intended for children.
4. Where the data goes
The site is hosted on a server in the European Union (Hostinger). Requests and subscription addresses are delivered to us as service notifications via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.; servers may be located outside the EEA) or, as a fallback, via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Newsletters are sent through a dedicated e-mail service that processes data in the EU. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes; the current list of processors is available on request.
If you consent to analytics, visit statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Dublin) and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep it
- Requests — for the duration of our conversation and a reasonable business period afterwards, no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
- Subscription addresses — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Server logs — up to 30 days.
- Analytics data — 14 months from the visit.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data and a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to longev_eu@longev.eu; we reply within one month.
If you believe we violate your rights, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the data protection authority of your EU country.
7. Changes
We update this policy as the site evolves; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
